Audit and Growth Strategy

Kuzikus Namibia — a nature reserve and tourism project in the eco-tourism sector.

Kuzikus Namibia operates as a reserve website focused on presenting the location and its activities. At the current stage, the site functions primarily as an informational and branding resource rather than a traffic or booking tool. The goal of LAMA WEB was to conduct an SEO audit and define growth points to transform the site into a scalable acquisition channel.

The goal

  • Analyze current SEO visibility and limitations.
  • Define positioning: informational vs commercial platform.
  • Identify structural gaps preventing traffic growth.
  • Build a scalable SEO strategy for tourism demand.
  • Create a roadmap for organic traffic and bookings.

Key Elements of Audit and Growth Strategy

The audit showed extremely low keyword coverage and weak search visibility. The site does not compete in search results and does not generate stable organic traffic due to отсутствия структуры под поисковый спрос.

The core issue is positioning: the website presents the reserve but does not respond to user intent such as safari, tours, accommodation, or booking queries. As a result, it “describes” the project instead of capturing demand.

The structure lacks key landing pages for tourism services — safari tours, lodges, activities, pricing, and booking. This limits both visibility and conversion potential.

A growth strategy was defined: restructure the site around commercial intent, expand semantic coverage, create dedicated landing pages, and rebuild the link profile with higher-quality sources.

Result

The audit created a clear roadmap for transforming Kuzikus into a search-driven tourism platform.

The project received a structured strategy for SEO growth and demand coverage.
The site now has a foundation for attracting organic traffic and generating bookings.
SEO is repositioned from absent potential into a scalable growth channel.
