This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the „Agreement“) establishes the terms of use of the functionality of the website https://lamaweb.de/ (hereinafter referred to as the „Website“) and the general principles of interaction between „Lama Web,“ acting on the basis of its Charter (hereinafter referred to as the „Website Owner“ or „Lama Web“), and any natural or legal person who has accepted this Agreement by joining it in its entirety and without reservation (hereinafter referred to as the „User“).

Together, the parties are referred to as the „Parties,“ and individually as a „Party.“
The relations arising between the Parties in connection with the use of the Website shall be governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.

General Provisions

The following terms are used in this document:

• Lama Web Website / Website — an online resource located at the domain https://lamaweb.de/ and its subdomains.

• Website Administration / Representative of the Owner — an authorized person or team of Lama Web responsible for managing the Website.

• Visitor — any person who views pages of the Website without registration.

• User — a legally capable natural person or a representative of a legal entity who has agreed to the terms of this Agreement and uses the services of Lama Web.

The Website contains information about the services that may be provided to the User upon the conclusion of a separate Service Agreement.

The User is not entitled to impersonate another person, represent companies or organizations without appropriate authorization, or engage in any actions that may mislead other Users or the Administration of Lama Web.

In case of detecting any violation of rights or interests related to the use of the Website, the User shall notify the Administration via the contact form or using official contact details indicated on the Website.

Intellectual Property Rights

All design elements, textual materials, graphic images, logos, videos, software code, databases, music, sound effects, illustrations, and other content placed on the Lama Web Website are protected by exclusive rights of the Website Owner or other right holders.

The User is granted the right to use the Website’s functionality within its intended purpose.

Liability of the Parties

The User agrees to use the Website at his or her own risk.

Final Provisions

This Agreement shall be governed by the legislation of Ukraine.

Any disputes or disagreements arising between the Parties shall be subject to consideration by a court at the location of the Website Owner, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions.

Inaction by Lama Web in case of a User’s violation of this Agreement does not deprive Lama Web of the right to take measures later and does not constitute a waiver of its rights.
